Copy of Journals from primary Ledger to secondary Ledger

Requirement:

1. All the Journals have to be copied from the Primary Ledger to the Secondary Ledger.
2. There are certain categories where in the Journals are not to be copied to the secondary ledger hence have disabled the Auto copy function for these Journals.
3. There are certain journals which are created in category mentioned in point, where the client needs to copy the Journals which are created in the Month of March to the month of April in the Secondary Ledger.

Can the journals be copied from primary ledger to secondary ledge in different months?
