Not Able To See The Performance Document Ratings In New Responsive Page (Doc ID 2584021.1)

Customer enabled the new responsive page after enabling they have checked the performance document rating but in the drop down they are not able to see the ratings.

But the same document is working in the standard UI. Example: Employee rating drop-down is blank.
