[19D] Address Format Doesn't Change While Changing The Country By Using The Tab Button At Account Creation (Doc ID 2584233.1)

Symptoms

Address format is not changing accordingly when pressing Tab at account creation.

When the user selects a country in the address and press Tab button, the address layout is not changed.

On the contrary, if the user selects the country and click on the value, then the address layout is changed.
