Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

 O 365 - Connections tab - spinning wheel


Contact Connections tab does not bring any results, it is just a spinning wheel.
Recreation steps:

1) select an email in Outlook from a Contact you already have in Sales Cloud
2) click on the Cloud icon to connect to Sales Cloud
3) enter your credentials
4) the contact profile pops up > click on Connections tab
5) you will get a spinning wheel
6) if you leave it longer it will end in an "Error"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) select an email in Outlook from a Contact you already have in Sales Cloud
2) click on the Cloud icon to connect to Sales Cloud
3) enter your credentials
4) the contact profile pops up > click on Connections tab
5) you will get a spinning wheel
6) if you leave it longer it will end in an "Error"
