ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When scheduling a web report you can set an end date for frequency to stop. This value is not honored
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse Management on Cloud
2. Navigation Path: User Interface > (UI) > Web Reports >
3. Schedule a report > set an end date for frequency , ej : daily 08/13/2019
4. It resets it to the current date then stops running after the first run.
