Scheduled job Extract All failed Error: Extract failed (Doc ID 2584396.1)

On : 9.0.0 version, Cloud Operations - Incident - COLLABORATION USE ONLY

When attempting to run a scheduled Job of Job Type = Extract All to run every 1 min. The Job ran and completed with status = Failed

The Log file shows the following error

Scheduled job JXXXXXXX failed. Error: Extract failed.
Unexpected exception while trying to call a scheduled task. Error: Extract failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Job with Job Type = Extract All

2. Review the run status of job under details

3. Notice that the status is showing as failed
