Unable to Save or Submit an Element Entry using Internet Explorer or Edge (Doc ID 2584712.1)

On : version, Global Human Resources

While navigating to Manage Element Entries and  try to Save or Submit a transaction using Internet Explorer or Edge, nothing happens when the 2 buttons are clicked, no confirmation message, no error.
The same transaction can be saved and submitted as expected when using Firefox or Chrome.

To be able to add Element Entries using Internet Explorer or Edge

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open the instance in Internet Explorer
2.Goto My Client Groups -> Person Management -> Enter the Person number/Name
3.Select the employee and select Manage Element Entries
4.Change the effective date to the date on which this element is been added
5.Click on ‘+’ (create) Button .Let the effective date to be the same as what is coming up in the new pop up box.Enter the Element Name and continue.
6.Enter Element details as required and Click Submit
7.Submit button not work and there are no changes
