Attempt to Upload File, Using doFileUploadMultipart, from The Oracle Data Integration (ODI) Application, Returns '415 MediaType Is Not Supported' (Doc ID 2584939.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to use the doFileUploadMultipart (/ccadmin/v1/files) endpoint, to upload a file to Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), from within the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), but ODI is returning a "415 Unsupported Media Type”. The ODI OdiInvokeRESTfulService has been configured with setting similar to the following. However the request is returning "415 Unsupported Media Type”. Able to successfully use a third party REST client or CURL to upload a file. It is only through the ODI OdiInvokeRESTfulService that the upload is failing,
