Goal

Does ODA have the option to separate the different capacities in roles?

For example:
- A group of users can ONLY create or modify Channels.
- A group of users can ONLY create or modify Skills.
- A group of users can ONLY consume REST APIs.
- A group of users can ONLY navigate the application in read-only mode.
