Azure/OCI Federation - Admin Group Mapping Config Issue (Doc ID 2584979.1)

On : NA version, Custom Application Integration

When attempting to login as a member of an Azure mapped admin group,
the following error occurs.

Unable to create compute instance in OCI console.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OCI console as a member of another mapped admin group from Azure.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to OCI as a member of another mapped admin group from Azure and create a new compute instance or anything else requiring admin privileges.
