Copy Order Functionality Not Working In Agent Console (Doc ID 2585209.1)

While clicking the "Copy Order" button for an existing order in the Agent Console, the following error appears:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a order in the Agent Console.
2. Click on Copy Order button.
3. Instead of creating a duplicate order the following error message appears: "Order cannot be copied. Please add the products to a new order."
