BDI Item Location History Extract Does Not Extract Late Sales (Doc ID 2585389.1)

Symptoms

BDI Item Location History Extract [BDI_ItemLocHist_Tx_PF_From_RMS_JOB] does not extract late sales. Due to this behavior, sales/returns for previous end-of-week (i.e. late sales) get missed.


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Process Sales/Returns with transaction date belonging to previous EOW_DATE.
2. Verify that step 1 is reflected in ITEM_LOC_HIST table as expected, i.e., EOW_DATE earlier than LAST_EOW_DATE in SYSTEM_VARIABLES.
3. Run BDI_ItemLocHist_Tx_PF_From_RMS_JOB when VDATE is EOW.
4. Note that extracted ItemLocHist data does not include the late sales.
