 SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE
1. Unable to share, email from O365 to Lead or Opportunity unless the contact exists in OEC.

HISTORY OF THE ISSUE
1. This is unsuitable for business types that receive only new customers and never returning customers. This business would be unwilling to maintain customer contacts that are not returning.
