Primavera Gateway Synchronizations Page and/or Monitoring Page Is Loading Jobs Slowly or Not Display Jobs (Doc ID 2585471.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


In Primavera Gateway the Synchronizations page and the Monitoring page are not loading. Sometimes after a few minutes the synchronizations or the jobs will appear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Primavera Gateway
2. Click on the Synchronizations tab
3. Only the title Synchronizations appears at the top. The rest of the page is blank.
