Workspace Search Missing Custom Fields (Doc ID 2585849.1)

When trying to enable some of the custom fields for search in work space, Customer is unable to see the custom fields.
Setup and maintenance>Configure workspace search>Configure UI>Leads >Not seeing certain custom fields.

Objects:Leads, Contact, Activities & Opportunity.
From UI, customer is seeing all the custom fields.
