Blank Cart Is Seen After Product is Removed from Catalog (Doc ID 2585885.1)

Symptoms

The cart shows empty even if there was 26 products in the cart.
Behavior was reproduced by following steps:

1. User has already a cart with some products
2. Product which is in customer cart was made inactive and also removed from collection/catalog
3. User goes back to cart, cart is shown blank
