Stock Count Deletion Message From SIM is Failing to Update in MFCS with Error "MessageType: StkCountSchDtlDel is not a valid Message Type for this Parser" (Doc ID 2586115.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when a stock count is created, the count gets transmitted and created in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), but when a stock count is deleted in SIM, it does not get deleted in MFCS.  Stock Count deletion message (StkCountSchDtlDel) is failing to get consumed into MFCS with below error:

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: The MessageType: StkCountSchDtlDel is not a valid Message Type for this Parser

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a stock count in SIM. The stock count also gets transmitted to MFCS.
  2. If the stock count is deleted in SIM, StkCountSchDtlDel message is failing in RIB-RMS with above error.
