UK Legislation - Unable To Process FPS Due To Name Including Special Characters (Doc ID 2586127.1)

We have an employee with a name that has special characters, like: " Óabc ".
The FPS Errors with a message as:
Employee first name must begin with an alphabetic character. Numerals or spaces are not allowed.
Employee first name contains invalid characters. Use only approved characters according to HMRC validation rules.

We cannot alter the name in the system. What is the alternative that we have to proceed with the FPS?
