Account LOV is blank in File Import and Export Option

When attempting to upload files through File Import and Export functionality, in the Account LOV nothing is shown. The Account LOV should have values.

Steps followed:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Navigator > Tools > File Import and Export
3. In the Account LOV nothing is shown
