History Tree Error When Sending Sales Contract For Approval (Doc ID 2586337.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Sales Agreement



While sending a Sales Agreement to approval, users are prompted with the below error message.

ERROR
-----------------------


" Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login in Fusion Application - > navigate to Enterprise Contracts
2. browse Contracts - > select Contract
3. go to Sales Agreement
4. send agreement for approval.
5. error message displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve Sales Agreements.
