Regarding privilege "Run Import Journals Program" and "Run Import Journals By Program Call"

We would like to know which processes are executed by privilege "Run Import Journals Program" and "Run Import Journals By Program Call"?
We can see the description for each privilege:

"Run Import Journals Program" - Allows submission of the journal import program using the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Scheduler Services.
"Run Import Journals By Program Call" - Allows submission of the journal import program by a program call.

But we could not understand the difference between these privileges.
So, please provide the process names that can be executed by each privileges.
