Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 The normal contracts webservice , fscmService/ContractServiceV2 which used to complete in 3-5 seconds is taking 30 to 40 seconds and more.

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

no slowness on calling the contracts Webservice

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Calling fscmService/ContractServiceV2 in SOAP UI is taking too much time than usual
