OCI authentication settings modified but IDCS password policy remains unchanged (Doc ID 2587315.1)

Symptoms

The password policy parameters with respect to special character were changed in OCI tenancy -> Identity -> authentication Settings


but during password reset in IDCS, the same parameter still appears as a condition to be fulfilled.

The special character parameter is still present in the reset password page of IDCS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the password policy in the Unified console -> Identity -> Authentication Settings
2. Navigate to IDCS reset password to validate the changes effect.
