Error "There is a problem with your account" when SAML Request is sent with IsPassive=true (Doc ID 2587420.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to invoke SAML request with "isPassive=true" attribute

An error is returned to the UI:
"There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support."

The underlying code error:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Property was not set: allowispassive.


Changes

 If the "isPassive=true" attribute is not sent in the SAML request everything works fine.
