OSC for Office 365 : Not Able To See All The Product Groups Listed (Doc ID 2587599.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Sales for Microsoft Office 365

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is not able to see all the Product Groups listed in the + Opty Revenue or on Leads page > Product Groups in O365 plugin.
The Product groups which have a hierarchy are not listed, only the standalone ones are listed.

However she is able to search for a Product group that is not listed, and it is found using search, but this is not a good workaround.

Why are all Product Groups not listed?

In SUI, all Product groups appear in Lead/Opty page.
In Manage Product Groups , all these Product groups are active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All same Product groups should also appear in O365 plugin

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales Lead > Edit Lead > Product Group > Only 2 Product groups are listed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all product groups listed on Lead/Opty pages in O365, have to search them
