Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to login to Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD),
the following error occurs.
Emulator session resume failed.
Fault Code: Server.LaunchFailed
Fault String: Launch Failed
Fault Detail: ErrPermissionDenied.Resource:null
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Click the Primavera Virtual Desktop from the P6 EPPM jump page
- Go to the Secure Global Desktop interface
- Start the PVD session, error occurs
- After many times attempting to connect, the connection succeeds
