In Certain circumstances the Cloud Application hangs
-Due to conflicting End user activity
-user activity request info beyond Allocated resource thresshold
-End user runs some activity during AMW (Daily Scheduled Mainiatnce),
-and after epmautomate resetservice does not solve the issue
If the above is true the client request for a hard reset of the POD
Application hangs and epmautomate resetservice does not solve the issue
