Symptoms

On : NA version, Cloud: P6 Web - Login, Collaboration and Tech Issues

When attempting to run Global Schedule Services, the following error occurs in Publication.
Publish Security, Publish Audit Data, Publish Resource Management Failed.

Lease request timeout while waiting 60 seconds for a connection to become available. Database NGUKLProd, Pool=PML


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Global Schedule Services
2. Notice the issue.
