OAC-OM: When saving a Dashboard getting error - You do not have sufficient privileges to save a report or dashboard page that contains HTML markup (Doc ID 2588021.1)

Symptoms

In OAC-OM 105.3.0 or later version

When trying to save changes in a dashboard, it's showing this error - "You do not have sufficient privileges to save a report or dashboard page that contains HTML markup"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. log into analytics as admin user.
  2. Edit a dashboard to make some changes to it & try to save and it will show the reported error.
  3. Error suggests that users' don't have privilege to save report/ dashboard having HTML markups.
  4. Checked Managed Privileges from Administration tab and to save html markup is granted to administrators.
  5. Console/system settings: checked that ability to save html is granted.

 This issue started occurring after upgrade to OAC-OM Version: 105.3.0-118
