Custom Reports Display for Some User Roles But Not For Other User Roles (Doc ID 2588031.1)

Symptoms


1) When the Shipment Summary Report is added to menu as external link it does not display for PLANNER_EXTERNAL, PLANNER_INTERNAL, VIEWER roles, a NPE error is received.


2) The Shipment Summary Report does not show in Reports view for PLANNER_EXTERNAL, PLANNER_INTERNAL, VIEWER roles, it does show for REPORTS_OTM1 role
