Language In O365 Add-in Reflects The Language From User's Outlook

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Microsoft Office 365
Our organization requires users to use Oracle Sales Cloud in English, hence this is the only language the software is used in.
However, users have their Outlook in their native language (Polish, Italian, etc).
While testing Office 365 integration, they noticed the O365 add-in is in their native language, same as their Outlook, whereas they are not even familiar to using Sales Cloud in other language than English. This is even more confusing when certain entities (eg Custom objects) are displayed in English.
Is there a way to control the language of the add-in? So that it does not automatically reflect the language from Outlook? Can Administrators enforce the language for the Add-in?
