Planning Cloud : Read Only Accounts Appear Open for Input in Smart View

Symptoms
For Smart View web forms v. 11.1.2.5.900, read-only data forms appear to be open for user input (beige cell coloring). This is also happening for subtotals and intermediary parents. Cells should be grayed out when they not open for user input (ie subtotal or read-only form).
Connect to the PBCS environment through the SmartView interface and open a read-only webform. Upon opening the form, all cells appeared to be open for input with a beige background. Users are unable to submit data however, this is visually confusing for users. Similarly, webforms that include both subtotals and input rows and all rows appeared open for input.
