Can't Search Knowledgebase on SR Details Page

Symptoms
User cant search the articles and link articles to SRs on SR details page. Getting error notice that Knowledge is not accessible at this time.
Verify below.
- User has appropriate roles and Locale setup.
- Knowledge authoring is working fine. New Article getting created and published correctly.
- Issue is only with the knowledge search where error is been thrown.
