IDCS When Attempting Password Reset, Error "another session is active" is Returned

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to reset a user password in IDCS, when the new password is submitted on the password reset page, the following error is returned:
"You can't reset your password because another session is active. Log out of that session, and then reset your password."
