Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The tax account for invoices is not being picked from the tax rate level. -> Whenever accounting is performed on the A/R Invoice - Incorrect Tax account is populating for the Canada tax jurisdiction and rates instead the defined account at the rate level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the tax rate is picked from the tax rate level.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Create Transaction
2. Fill data and click Complete.
3. Review distributions and tax account is derived incorrectly.
