Symptoms

An Error is reported when attempting to recover all orders in error:

Your request failed. Contact your system administrator. (DOO-2685381)

Issue can be reproduced by:

1. Navigate to Orders in Errors
2. Select Actions - Take Action on All Search Results - Recover Order
