Symptoms
Agents not able to use "Launch Store as Customer" link on the profile page
On the Agent UI, find the profile by searching for the profile on "Customer Search" screen.
Click on the "Profile" icon next to the profile name.
On the Profile page click the "Launch Store as Customer" link, the link does not work.
