Issues When Opening Configuration, Configuration Flow Editor, and Array Attribute After Migration (Doc ID 2589217.1)

Symptoms

Several issues occur when attempting to open various parts of Configuration after a granular migration. When attempting to open Configuration, this error displays:

Reporting Runtime error (class com.bm.xchange.db.BusinessLogicException): Index: 0, Size: 0

When opening the Configuration Flow in the editor, the page loads indefinitely. The bm.log shows a similar error to below:

Object 'attr_id = 123456, set_id = 987654' of type 'ConfigAttrSetAssoc' could not be found.

Additionally, attempting to open some array-type attributes shows a 500 error on the page. When editing array sets, this attribute does not appear in the list of Available Attributes or Associated Attributes.

Changes

 Array-type attributes were added and removed from array sets on another site, and these changes were migrated to the site where the issues occur.
