Symptoms

Unable to view opportunity team members in SUI - Opportunity tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Opportunity.
2. Navigate to 'Team' sub-tab.
3. Team Members are not visible.
4. Try to add using Add button, however added record is not shown
