Symptoms

Notifications under the bell icon (also known as popup notifications) show the time using UTC timezone instead of the timezone set in the logged in user's preferences.

For example, in case the user's timezone is set to New Zealand Time, which is UTC+12, for any task created before noon (12:00 PM NZST) the corresponding popup notification will show the time in the bell notifications list as "Yesterday" after 12 noon.
