Fusion Benefits: Life Event is not Detected When Using Person Change Causes Life Event Fast Formula that Returns Two Variables (Doc ID 2589409.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 07, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The 'Hire With No Wait Period' life event is not detected when rehiring and global transferring an employee.

When employee is rehired or global transferred within 1 year, 'Hire With No Wait Period' life event should be triggered.

Fast formula  is attached to a data change with 'PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE' as table,
'ORIGINAL_DATE_OF_HIRE' as column name, old value as 'ANY VALUE' and new value as 'ANY VALUE'.

In the fast formula we are returning L_CREATE_POTENTIAL and ERROR_MESSAGE variables.

Please let us know how to handle this scenario.
