Symptoms
The 'Hire With No Wait Period' life event is not detected when rehiring and global transferring an employee.
When employee is rehired or global transferred within 1 year, 'Hire With No Wait Period' life event should be triggered.
Fast formula is attached to a data change with 'PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE' as table,
'ORIGINAL_DATE_OF_HIRE' as column name, old value as 'ANY VALUE' and new value as 'ANY VALUE'.
In the fast formula we are returning L_CREATE_POTENTIAL and ERROR_MESSAGE variables.
