Symptoms

When attempting to access the Primavera Data Service (PDS),  

https://<host>:<port>/sync/rest-service/dataservice/<endpoint>?configCode=<configuration name>

the following message is received.



ERROR

Failure of web server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent
