When attempting to add a new Court Order to an employee who already has a student loan below error occurs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Manage Calculation Cards
Open Court Order and Student Loans calc card
Create calculation component (top section)
Set effective as of date to 01.08.2019
Calculation Component: Select AEO Fines
Parent Calculation Component: select Court Order information
Unique Reference: enter NI number and save
Complete Involuntary Deduction Information section
Involuntary Deduction Information
Issuing Authority: Leicester Magistrates Court
Date of Issue: 01/08/2019
Payee For Order Amount: Default External Payee
Complete Court Order Percentage Deductions section and mandatory field
Save
Complete Enterable Calculation Values on Calculation Cards section
Create Name: Original Outstanding Debt
Add Amount Save
Click on Associations section
Create Association and add the Tax Reporting Unit
Receive error message: The calculation card is already associated with the tax reporting unit. (PAY-1635112)
