UK Localization - P45 Is Not Generated For 3 Terminated Employees (Doc ID 2589995.1)

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are lot of leavers in the month of April and we generate the P45 for all of them but 3 of them didn't get any P45 generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per legislation we need to hand over their P45 as soon as possible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We gone live last month and paid employees through Cloud for the first time;
2. There are lot of leavers in the month of April and we generate the P45 for all of them;
3. 3 of them didn't get any P45 generated.

User Observation:
We have had a look at the the data but they are looking fine for us. As per legislation we need to hand over their P45 as soon as possible.

Due to this issue, users cannot generate the P45 for all of the leavers.
