Smartlinks That Are Removed Cannot Be Added Back To The Same Screen Set (Doc ID 2590056.1)

Symptoms

Full Audit Smartlink removed in a custom Order Release screen set cannot be added back again on the same Screenset

Replication Steps:

  1. Login to OTM
  2. Create a copy of the public Screen Set ID
    ORDER_RELEASE, as an example,and remove from the Smartlink tab "Full Audit"
    then save the screenset.
  3. Edit the new screenset from step2 above, and navigate to Smartlink tab and
    add "Full Audit" back, you will note that it is missing from the list
