Not Able To Enroll Store Using Xenvironment (Doc ID 2590093.1)

After enrolling a store in Xoffice Cloud which is completed successfully.
After PC restart, Xenvironment is communicating with XOCS, however in Xstore connection is interrupted when we trying to check the version.

The following errors can be seen:
WARN [ ] 2019-09-12 15:19:20,125 Datasource offline: [Xcenter] EXPLANATION: dtv.data2.access.exception.FailoverException: Failing Xcenter over. :: dtv.data2.access.status.StatusMgr [AWT-EventQueue-0]
WARN [ ] 2019-09-12 15:19:20,135 No database schema version could be determined! [dtv.data2.access.ObjectNotPresentException: Lookup failed for Query Key: SCHEMA_VERSION with params: {argOrganizationId=xxx, argRetailLocation=xxxx}] :: dtv.pos.framework.version.VersionHelperImpl [AWT-EventQueue-0]
