OCI Database Service Page Shows the Database as AVAILABLE While the Node is STOPPED (Doc ID 2590290.1)

DB system is stopped with the steps described below manual:

Using the Console
+ To start, stop, or reboot a DB system

Then Nodes resource page shows that it was stopped.

However, Databases resource page displays it as AVAILABLE. Overall Status displayed below the "DBS" icon also remains AVAILABLE.
