1. The customer faced a problem with Outlook Email Integration tool as this doesn't seem compatible with OKTA, SSO integration. 

2. The customer wanted to know if there is any way they can integrate the CRM User Password with Microsoft Active Directory. Or if there is an LDAP integration between Active Directory and CRM.

They wanted changes made to their Active Directory passwords to dynamically update the passwords stored in CRM On Demand.
