Transaction Upload through File request type

While trying to upload a XML with transaction details using File Request Type, even though records are inserted into both CI_TXN_HEADER and CI_TXN_DETAIL_STG tables, the values inserted into CI_TXN_HEADER are incorrect. It looks like a dummy record is inserted into CI_TXN_HEADER table.
