On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Unable to change transaction page headers

Have a requirement to change the transaction headers 'Manage Compensation' and 'Manage Seniority Dates'. In page customization, these are having the EL expression #{component.titleBasedOnTemplate}. When trying to change it to a text resource, it is not getting saved. It reverts back to the same EL expression. Is is possible to change these page headers. If so, how?
